Purchase Terms
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors may occur.
- We strive to provide accurate product images, however actual products may differ slightly.
- You must provide a valid shipping address where the carrier can deliver packages. PO boxes may not be accepted.
- For your security, we may validate billing information before filling an order. We ship only to the cardholder address.
- Taxes and shipping costs are added at checkout based on your address. Orders can only ship to addresses within the UK.
- Promo codes must be applied at checkout. Only one code may be used per order. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to complete purchases.
- All sales final for personalized or customized products. Other restrictions may apply.
Payment
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Your card is charged once the order is processed and shipped. If an item is backordered or cancelled, the charge is voided.
- You must notify us of any billing issues within 90 days of original charge date.
Shipping and Delivery
- We ship within 1-2 business days of order completion. Delivery takes 2-5 business days via Royal Mail, DPD, or other carriers. Expedited shipping available for added cost.
- Tracking information is provided once available from the carrier. We are not liable for delays from the shipping provider.
- If you do not receive your order within the estimated window, please contact us so we can investigate.
- We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Cannot deliver to BFPO addresses.
- Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. We are not liable for any losses related to delayed shipments.
Returns and Refunds
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to decline a refund for used, damaged, or incomplete items.
- To initiate a return, visit our Returns Center or email contact@theemtronics.co.uk. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or further instructions.
- Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Sale items may have different return policies spelled out in the product description.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

- You grant us an irrevocable license to use any content you post or submit on the Site or through our Service. We may use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the content free-of-charge without notification or compensation to you.
